Just as Matt reported yesterday the 3 Short-eared Owls made their
appearance at 5PM today. They were seen all around the pavilion - north,
west, south and east just as he reported . At first they were staying
low over the prairie, but then went high above the pavilion. About 6
birders were in awe at their acrobatics! The wind was bad tonight so if
you go bundle up. Thanks Matt!!
Sally Isacco, Chardon
