I took a drive along the Ashtabula County shoreline this afternoon. All in
all, it was pretty slow with no concentrations of birds. There was nothing
of note at Conneaut. Ashtabula Harbor was better with a flyby immature
black-legged kittiwake at Lakeshore Park. It was heading east. There was
also a snowy owl on the east end of the outer breakwall. At Geneva State
Park there was an adult Kumlien's Iceland gull at the marina.
