At 11:15 this a.m. just north of Co. Rd. 330, east of Bucyrus, east of
Parcher Road, I saw one 1st-cycle Glaucous gull, 2 adult Great Black-backed
Gulls, one adult Lesser Black-backed Gull and a couple hundred Herring
gulls. The gulls were sitting/standing at a field 0.2 mile east of Oak
Drive, along & north of C. R. 330, just west of the Crawford County
landfill.
Not much traffic here & the county road 330 has been plowed ~ 8 feet
back from road edge. Unfortunately no houses really close to ask permission
to park in their driveway. I had my car flashers on & was parked ~ 3 feet
off the road. USE CAUTION.
'Scope required.
Good birding
John Herman
