There has been a male Hybrid (Spotted X Eastern) Towhee at the Scioto
Audubon in downtown Columbus.  I first saw him on 02/17/15 and he has been
present through the weekend.  He has been working the leaf litter between
the observation decks.  The call is certainly a Spotted and the field marks
are, too.  However, the small patch of white at the base of the primaries
indicated hybridization with Eastern Towhees.  Special thanks to Jacob
Roalef, James Muller, Leslie Sours and Paul Hurtado for nailing down the ID.
