The Rusty Blackbird Migration Blitz begins in just a few days on March 1
and we have been hearing reports of some Rusties arriving in Ohio despite
the cold. I hope Ohio birders will report sightings of this species and use
the special eBird protocol when reporting seeing Rusties or not seeing them
when you were looking for them. There are two videos which provide
information on how to report your sightings.

1. Beginner video: targeted at birders who are new to eBird and want to be
walked through the entire data submission process. 7.5 minutes long.

2. Advanced video: targeted at birders who are comfortable with eBird but
who want more information about how, when, and what to submit to the Blitz.
~4 minutes long. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ETRXujTSsZQ
