I just found an adult Lesser-black backed gull resting in an area of open water by the Cheshire rd bridge on Alum creek in Delaware county. It was resting on the far ice easily viewed from either the mountain bike parking lot just North of cheshire rd on Africa rd or the boat ramp immediately north of there.
