Killdeer Plains Not Loving to Birders Today

With nothing but high winds and 2 foot snow drifts in places, there wasn't
much out on the Plains today.  A Harrier, and a Rough-legged Hawk were
about it.  Along CH 71 was a bank of snow by the refuge that nearly ate my
Civic!  Drive Safe.
