Sandy ridge keeps odd hours

Went to sandy ridge at 5p other day to check out birds & nature.  When I
got there, I was greeted by a locked gate & a sign that it closes at 4:30
daily.  Kinda odd since sun doesn't set til 7:30 & cuy., lake parks open
til 11p daily.
