I stopped to count the herons at the rookery on Chagrin River 
Road. Already, twelve nests have herons standing in them, claiming
their spots.  Several others were coming and going.  This little 
colony has been growing every year….two large sycamore trees, 
full of nests.  (This is in Bentleyville.)
