Hadn't heard of any hot sightings in the hood for a while, so decided to
walk around Pete's Pond, Wickliffe where we haven't been in ages. Billy
Byrd with the hawk eye found a pileated in the portion of the park behind
the Blue Devils' bleachers. I know not a true rarity, but they're
surprisingly hard to find especially considering their size.
After we returned home, we learned of all the action up at Lake Erie
Bluffs. There's always tomorrow
