We found a Franklin's Gull at Rocky Fork SP today about 5:20 pm.  It was
about 30 ft from the shore where the road is close to the lake in the
Camping area.  It was sitting on a pipe or something just below the water in
line with a group of Ring-billed Gulls.  Here is a link to the list of what
