I just located 4 surf scoters at Lake cable in Stark County. There was one male and three female, presumably the same four birds that were seen at Slippo Lake Park two days ago.  

The last I saw the birds they were making their way into a west bay from where the clubhouse is located toward Lake O Springs Road.
