It had been since 2/8 since I had seen any Horned Larks at the business park just east of the former Euclid Square Mall on East 260th St in Euclid and then it was only four.  Today around 11:20am I saw between 20 to 22 Horned Larks in the snow covered field and so far I see three Killdeer in the field where you reliably see them every year in the multiple dozens.

At my home this morning around 8 :30 I saw Common Grackles finally in my neighborhood for the first time.  The larks also are still making their tinkling warble as of noon.
