This interesting bird appears to be a resident, as I've seen it in the same
location for a week. Not a rarity, but a curiosity, with mostly white
body. If interested, it hangs around the southern half of West Drive in
Twin Lakes (Kent mailing area), at 7744 West Blvd., Kent. Easily seen from
the road, although there is no guarantee it will be there at all times.
