Champaign Co
Urbana,Highway 68,

So as I had a Robin problem with the bluebirds, I just figured out why the
Robin did that, and now I laugh about it, so the box sits about 5 inches
above the post, and I looked behind it and found some mud and nest
material, the Robin was trying to build a nest behind it lol :-D

Also, I did a nest hunt and found
2 Dove nest
1 Robin with 1 egg
Many sparrows, blackbirds and bluejays carting nest material too.
Plus I got the bluebirds to finally start putting nest material in the
Swallow box, then the swallows are trying to start in the bluebird box, but
even tho the swallows out number the bluebirds, the bluebirds really have
took over the whole pasture, which is about 1 1/4 archers big.

Finally saw my first two Barn Swallows today too, with Phoebes and 1 Fox
sparrow was in our burn pile.

At Triad Local Schools, I had baseball practice, and heard and saw a single
Pine Warbler, then some swallows, bluebirds, meadowlarks, and sapsuckers.

And, does anyone know one Vulture nest spots? I thought about nesting
vultures, and said, hmm, I never seen such a thing.

I wish Tree Swallows & Bluebirds could agree on being neighbors :|
