Hi,

From the OBBA2 website:

*NEW 2015! Manuscript nearing completion* – We have been diligently working
on the analyses and manuscript for the atlas book. It has taken longer
than expected, but we’re sure everyone will agree that it is worth the
wait. The second Atlas staff is putting the final touches on the
manuscript now, which will be sent off to our publisher in the coming weeks.

So the answer is it is coming soon....
