Thanks to Bill for pointing out this sighting, but one correction:The birds are being seen just across the state line in Indiana. Suitable habitat in Ohio might be hiding them as well, of course.

Those with a tin ear for humor should read about the Smith's longspurs
being seen in SW Ohio. After the uproarious laughter died down, the
collective opinion was that the reporter was reliable, *not* that he had
a great sense of humor.
