From Ryan Jacob on Birding Ohio Facebook page: "For anyone interested, we received a call at BSBO earlier today from Paul Sherwood, reporting a Mississippi Kite in Hurdle Waterfowl Park in Ashland County. This bird most likely won't stick around for too long, so anyone in the Ashland area may want to make a detour out to Hurdle."
