What is almost certainly the same adult basic Laughing Gull found by Chuck Slusarczyk Jr earlier this week was still present in the parking lot of East 55th marina in Cleveland this afternoon around 3 pm,  loafing with Ring-billed Gulls. Viewing is incredible, as this bird is hardly wary; walking around in the parking lot and alongside cars
