I spent the morning birding around the Alum Creek Greenbelt in NE Columbus, working from Mock Park north to Innis Park. The bikepath is now linked further north, and the main trail is getting a lot of use by walkers, runner, & bikers. This didn't seem to have much effect on the birds, with plenty of migrants, though a distinct paucity of warblers. Notables included:

Hummingbirds - Ruby-throats were common along the pathside flowers, with 5-6 in 3 hours
Flycatchers - many WoodPewees along the path, but also found E.Phoebes and 1 Olive-sided (in the old Bridgeview Driving Range)
Swallows - small numbers of Barn Swallows flying over, all headed south
Vireos - had 6+ Warbling Vireos, including many singing, along with an equal # of Red-eyed
Thrushes - had only 2 Swainson's, both in thickets at Innis Park
Mimids - Catbirds were abundant, but couldn't find any thrashers or mockingbirds (both are regular here)
Waxwings - small flocks of 6-10 Cedar Waxwings were common along the trail, feasting on the bounty of berries & bugs
Warblers - had a few Redstars, 2 ComYellowthroats, and 1 Ovenbird, along with 3-4 unidentified flyovers. Slow morning.
Other migrants: 2 Indigo Buntings, 1 Baltimore Oriole
