This report is from Ron Sempier:

"There are a lot of shorebirds at KPWA, pond 27, west end by the large parking lot. There appeared to be at least 3 Black-bellied Plovers. The heat distortion was pretty bad, but there were lots of Lesser Yellowlegs, Pectoral Sandpipers and Killdeer. No doubt there was something else tucked in out of viewing. Three Sandhill Cranes took off I was there, but they might come back. A SCOPE IS ESSENTIAL."
