Please join Columbus Audubon members and special guests on Tuesday, October
27 at 7:00 pm as we welcome Steve Fleegal, Executive Director of the
Appalachia Ohio Alliance (AOA). Steve will share AOA's emerging vision for
regional habitat conservation including several nearby initiatives such as
the Scioto River Flyway Corridor. He will also discuss some of AOA's
conservation achievements and model for collaboration and community
engagement and will speak about how AOA works with partner organizations
such as Columbus Audubon.

Tonight's Conservation Corner will feature David Hoy, Development Director
at the Stratford Ecological Center near Delaware, Ohio, who will tell us
about the SEC's impact on children.

7:00 - 7:15 pm: Social time, light refreshments, announcements and Bird Quiz
(with prize)

7:15 - 7:30 pm: Conservation Corner

7:30 - 9:00 pm: Main program, door prizes

This Columbus Audubon programs is free and open to the public. Programs are
held at the Grange Insurance Audubon Center 505 West Whittier Street in the
Scioto-Audubon Metro Park on the Whittier Peninsula.
