I went to Villa Angela and Wildwood Parks (Euclid Creek Reservation) today from 1:15 to 3:25pm.  Frankly I didn't see a lot of land birds today.  I did see about four Golden-crowned Kinglets, one Ruby-crowned.  But only saw a few Song Sparrows and some Robins.  The best sighting was one Blue-headed Vireo in Wildwood.  Seen on the east side of the entrance road along the most northern tip of the plantings that run along the road before you get to the asphalt path.  It flew out of the dark green thorny mounds of plants and flew across the asphalt path and landed in the plants that are just south of the prairie grass (near the asphalt path).  This was my second walk past the area and I was on the road side this time (the higher side) as I was getting read to leave. There was a male American Wigeon in the wetland (not to be confused with the bibbed domestic mallard that's been hanging around for at least three weeks). Otherwise, not very birdy at this hour here today.
