Jeff Pontius is reporting that the "Western Flycatcher" is still being seen at the home of Bill Thompson III. He lives at 330 Scotts Ridge R., Whipple, OH 45788. This is just a bit northeast of Marietta, OH. Visitors are welcome. This bird is either a Pacific-slope or a Cordilleran Flycatcher. Telling the difference between the two is extremely difficult and there is much talk that the two species will be lumped back into one!!! Jeff saw it about 11:15-?? and it was quite active.

Good Birding!
