Lori Brumbaugh reports the Kelp Gull was seen again on Springfield Lake in Summit County from the usual viewing spot at Lakemore Recreational Park tonight (Saturday) at 4:45. This makes tomorrow morning around 7:00AM another good opportunity to try and see this bird that so far has offered such erratic, narrow windows to view it on scattered days, only in the very first and last minutes of daylight.Good luck,Kent Miller
