After being unable to find the bird all morning, it reappeared in a tree
right next to the road at about 2:30 this afternoon. I am sure the rain
was the reason. I took more photos from about thirty feet. The bird
appeared to be hunting the pasture and was still sitting in the tree when I
left. This tree is in the pasture across from Becker's Barn (a white barn
on the north side of Woodford Road) and the tree is about thirty feet into
the pasture on the south side of the road. It appears to be using the cows
to flush moths and other insects(?). Moths were the only thing I observed
flying around.
