I checked several areas around this north Columbus suburb today, starting with the parkland along the Olentangy River, then moving into the Rush Creek Village area with its forested ravines. Lots of residents - birds & people - were out taking advantage of the clear weather and milder temperatures, including loads of woodpeckers titmice & chickadees. Unusual birds included:

Red-shouldered hawk - 1 was calling along the Olentangy greenbelt, while nothing weas at Rush Creek Village. I'd assume that the birds the used to nest in the ravines are eyeing the greenbelt.

BrownCreeper - at least 1 was in the trees along the Olentnayg Greenbelt

E.Bluebirds - a flock of 5 were at the edge of the greenblet and the athletic fields of Thomas Worthington High School

Cedar Waxwings - a flock of 4 was a fly-by in the ravines of Rush Creek Village
