I was at Wendy Park for an hour and a half, about 12-1:30, mostly at the
Coast Guard station, and did not find it or the Black-headed Gull; however,
there were several thousand Bonaparte's Gulls it could have been hiding
among, and many were pretty far out in the harbor.
