Several folks looked for the Mew Gull at Black River Landing in Lorain (west bank of river immediately south of the Rt 6 bridge by the Port Authority) this afternoon and evening but they couldn't relocate. The river was reported to hold a vast number of Ring-billed Gulls--- to 8,000+. Extreme effort and time needed.
