Butch Rockwell and I had three Blue winged teal on a pond on Eagle City Rd. just west of Bechtle Ave. In Clark county. This pond is just north of Springfield and on the south side of Eagle City Rd. Also seen were two female buffleheads, 40+ Hooded Mergansers, 15 mallards and 12 Lesser Scaup. Of note were two Blad Eagles flying over. 9:30 am.
