Despite up to 10 pairs of eyes present at the gazebo next to the roller rink and party center from 7:15 to 8:30 am, we couldn't turn any of the black-backed gulls into the Kelp. At least two great and one lesser were there on the ice with the 500+ herring gulls until a bald eagle put them to flight.
