After watching from the restaurant parking lot for an hour without success
(I did see Red-tailed Hawks, a Peregrine and a Rough-legged Hawk) I drove to
Hanger Road near NASA and cruised slowly - SUCCESS!  Here are a few pictures
of the bird.  It did not  hesitate to perch on this rather flimsy marker -
