  Blendon Woods Metro Park is located in the northeast corner of Columbus
off of I 270 & Rte 161. Take the Little Trurtle Way exit. Below is a list
of some of the Birds seen the last week.


      Thoreau Lake
          N Shoveler
          Gadwall
          Green-winged Teal
          Wood Duck
          Ring-necked Duck
          Greater Scaup
          Lesser Scaup
          Bufflehead
          A Black duck
          Mallard
          A Widgeon
          A Coot
          Great Blue Heron
          Yellow-rumped Warbler
          E Phoebe
          E Bluebird
          E Towhee

     Nature Center
           Pileated Woodpecker
           Hairy Woodpecker
           A Tree Sparrow
          Carolina Wren
          Cooper-s Hawk
          Turkeys-males are displaying
          E Bluebird
