yesterday I saw someone taking a drone back to their car at killdeer plains. I reported this this to them on their answering machine. There has been some discussion about using drones to monitor bird populations but at present this is not yet been approved. this person was not a researcher and not a responsible RC enthusiast. being an RC'er myself i hate seeing this sort of behavior. Normally we fly in a controlled specified area. Not a National wildlife area. Please report anything you see like this to authorities. I just wanted it to be known there aresome of us who are responsible.
