It appears to be a pure Eurasian wigeon based on the photos in Ben Maurer's eBird checklist from yesterday the 28th. see here: http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist?subID=S28606634. Not sure if it's new or the the same one that was found there on March 9th about a week after the hybrid was found there by Steve landes. I don't think anyone has seen the hybrid since then.
Good birding,Rob Batterson

Is this a new bird or the hybrid American X Eurasian reported from the same area over a month ago?

First reported yesterday on the Central Ohio Birding Facebook page, a
Eurasian wigeon was still present this morning (3/29/2016) on the main
body of water at the Delaware Wildlife Area off Panhandle Rd. in
Delaware County.  It is best seen from the dike on the south side of the
water and is mixed in with a vast quantity of other waterfowl (American
coots, Northern shovelers, scaup, ring-necked ducks, gadwall, American
wigeons, redheads, at least one bufflehead, a couple of trumpeter swans
and perhaps other species.  Scope essential.
