 Blendon Woods Metro Park is located in the northeast corner of Columbus
off of I 270 & Rte 161. Take the Little Turtle Way exit.  Below is a list
of some of the Birds seen today


     Goldenrod Trail
        Field Sparrow-3-singing
        Fox Sparrow-singing
        Yellow-rumped Warbler-9-singing

    Nature Center Area
        Turkeys-Gobbling

   Lake Trail
        Ruby-crowned Kinglet-singing
        White-throated Sparrow-singing
        E Towhee-male-singing
        Yellow-rumped Warbler-3-singing
        Cooper's Hawk-young

   Thoreau Lake
        Wood Duck-3 pair
        Mallard-pair, 2 male
        A Black Duck-6
        N Shoveler-male
        Ring-necked Duck-22
        Green-winged Teal-pair, male
        Pied-billed Grebe
        Gadwall-7
        A Wigeon-male
        Great Blue Heron
