TIME: 7:00am-3:35pm TEMP.: 38-51-40COND.: Cloudy & windy, winds W at 5-15mph, gusting to 20mph; turning partly sunny until 1:30pm, then cloudingback up, with rain/snow mix from 2:50pm until end of census.TRAIL COND.: Fair - usual puddles & mud on last leg from Botzum to Merriman Valley.RIVER COND.: High, swift & muddy from 04/01 rains.FT.MI.: 13.85 OBS.: John Henry & Douglas W. Vogus.
