A quick sprint down the bikepath of this Columbus migrant trap this morning found a good wave of temperate migrants with a few early neotropicals. The list included:

Chimney Swifts
Swallows - Tree, Rough-winged Barn
House Wrens - 6+
Gnatcatchers - one of the most common birds, 25+
Ruby-cr.Kinglets - 4
Brown Thrasher - 1
Warbling Vireo - 1 singing
Yellow-rumped Warblers - the most common migrant, 50+
Palm Warblers - 3
Pine Warbler
Yellow Warbler
Yellow-throated Warbler
Nashville Warbler
Sparrows - Field, Chipping, Song, White-throateds (25+)

An Osprey was soaring & calling over the river, and one Bald Eagle was on the nest, so it was a very productive hour.
