Note: This park is in Parma, Ohio in Cuyahoga County. 
There are a number of big radio towers in the park with cables. 
If you check a map, you will see that the park is in the middle of suburban housing. 
There are some wetlands there. But, with all the people (and dogs) out last night, I'm guessing that the cranes probably didn't want to land there.
