Birded at Funk Bottoms along hwy 95, at tower, and along Wilderness Rd.
Still quite a lot of waterfowl around on these well-flooded areas. Still
LOTS of pintails. FOY purple martins flying at Wilderness Rd.  Randy Rowe,

DC Cormorant - 19
GB Heron - 5
Canada Goose
Mallard - 45
Pintail - 700+
Green-winged teal - 12
Blue-winged teal - 60
Shoveler - 16
Wood duck - 8
Redhead - 20
Ring-necked duck - 35
Ruddy duck - one pair
Bald eagle - one adult
Am. coot - 500+ near birding tower
Killdeer - 4
Greater yellowlegs - 7
Lesser yellowlegs - 5
Bonaparte's gull - 28 (most with black caps)
Ring-billed gull - 23
Tree swallow - 12
Purple martin - 5
