Guys,  Lake Erie did freeze over and the first freighters from Salt Water areas for 2016 began around March 22nd/March 23rd.  If it came on a boat it would have had to have been last year before shipping shut down for the year.

I posted this earlier, but Greg Miller's theory makes a lot of sense since it was found on March 4th.
