I've been noticing these birds since a couple of days ago now. There are
usually about 4-5 Common Loons on Lower Lake, about 2 on Horseshoe Lake,
and possibly 1 on Green Lake, with a nice assortment of Pied-billed Grebes,
Ruddy Ducks, Bufflehead, and Ring-necked Ducks, as mentioned above. A
pleasure to see these beautiful birds so close to home, and I'm glad to
hear that others are enjoying them as well!
