  Blendon Woods is located in the northeast corner of Columbus off of I 270
& Rte 161. Take the Little Turtle Way exit. Below is a list of Birds seen
at Blendon Woods this weekend

    Purple Finch-male-feeder at front door of Nature Center

   Thoreau Lake
      Double-crested Cormorant-60+
      Blue-winged Teal-male
      Pied-billed Grebe
      Redhead-male
      Ring-necked Duck-2 males, female
      Gadwall-pair
      Mallard-7
      Wood Duck-2 pair
      Pied-billed Grebe
      Swallows
        Tree
        Barn
        N Rough Swallow

   Fox Sparrows-7-Lake Trail-pipeline cut
                                       near East Blind at Thoreau Lake


  Lake Trail
    Yellow-bellied Sapsucker
    Pileated Woodpecker
    Swamp Sparrow
    Pine Warbler
    Swamp Sparrow
    Carolina Wren-nest cavity
    Yellow-rumped Warbler


  Woodcocks-Cherry Ridge Program Area
      2-peenting a lot
        Horizonal flights
        Aerial flights-many- the sky is back lite by Columbus lights-you
can see the full flight
