A short time ago at about 3:40PM today, Friday, we had our first of the year for Ohio Cattle Egrets, two of them, on the south side of SR2, about halfway between SR590 and Lickert-Harder Road. They were in a ditch running perpendicular to SR2 about 150 feet south of the road, and just east of a residence at 14594 SR2. This is also just west of the entrance to Ottawa NWR.
