        Southern Ohio. 1902.

Jones, L. 1902. The Summer Birds of the Lake Erie Islands. 1902
Langdon, F. A Revised list of Cincinnati Birds.  1879.
Wharram, S. A List of the birds of Ashtabula County. 1925.
West,  R. Summer Resident Birds of Belmont County, Ohio. 1935.
Oberholser, H. List of the Birds of Wayne County, Ohio 1935.  (see the
work on the previous list)
Price,H. The Summer Birds of Northwestern Ohio. 1935.
West, R. Harrison County, Summer residents and visitants. 1935.
      These are some of the rarer checklists, that you may have to seek
on the internet or in a good library; frankly, I was surprised to find
how many areas in Ohio have gotten this kind of treatment, and how
different the older ones are from today's.
