Got a great look at a Snowy Egret at the pond/lake at New Russia Township
Nature Preserve on Butternut Ridge Road, near the corner with Rt. 58 on the
north side of Oberlin, just before 10 am this morning.

Also saw first of year (for me) Eastern Kingbirds and baby Killdeer running
around at the side of the drive. Further down Butternut, near the landfill,
baby Killdeer were IN the road. Keep an eye out!

Happy Birding!
Kristen
