We stopped at this wetland with visiting relatives while showing them the Hocking Hills, and found a good selection of birds in 30 minutes. Fishermen had chased out most of the waterbirds, but landbird highlights included:

Flycatchers - E.Phoebe & Great Crested Flycatcher, plus 2-3 E.Kingbirds
Swallows - Tree, Barn, and Rough-winged
Vireos - 1 Blue-headed, 2 Red-eyed, and 3 White-eyed
Wrens,Gantcatchers - plenty of House Wrens and Blue-gray Gnatcatchers
Kinglets - at least 1 Ruby-crowned Kinglet
Thrushes - 2-3 singing Wood Thrushes, along with many Robins
Mimids - lots of Gray Catbirds

Warblers -11+ species, including Yellow, Parula, Blue-winged, Yellow-throated, Black-thr.Green, Yellow-rumped, Black&White, Am.Redstart, Hooded, N.Waterthrush, and Common Yellowthroats. One observant fisherman added a Magnolia to the total.

Buntings,Grosbeaks - several Idigo Buntings, plus a singing Rose-br.Grosbeak
Sparrows - the expected Field, Song, and White-throated were joined by a singing Lincoln's
Orioles - 3 Baltimores were singing, as was a 1st year male Orchard
