  Blendon Woods Metro Park is located in the northeast corner of Columbus
off of I 270 and Rte 161. Take the Little Turtle Way exit

 Below is a list of some of the Birds seen in the last week

     Goldenrod Trail
       E bluebird
       C Yellowthroat
       Red-tailed Hawk
       Indigo Bunting
       House Finch
       E Wood Peewee
       E Towhee

   Sugarbush Trail
       Wood Thrush

  Lake Trail
       Wood Thrush
       C Yellowthroat
       E Towhee
       Blue-gray Gnatcatcher
       Indigo Bunting
       Red-eyed Vireo
       Turkey-male
       Barred Owl

  Thoreau Lake
       Mallard-male, 3 females
       Wood Duck-2 females with 6 and 5 Ducklings
       Great Egret
       Great Blue Heron
       Yellow Warbler
       E Phoebe

  Nature Center
       Chimney Swift


 Turkeys-everywhere-9 Females have been seen with polts (young)
       Bird Feeders
         Nature Center
         East Blind-Thoreau Lake
         Ranger Station

 Chimney Swift Towers-nesting towers
        Goldenrod Trail
        Amphitheater- Nature Center area
        Thoreau Lake
        Picnic area

          Blendon Woods Metro Park
             Nature Center
