Today I spotted 3 turkey vultures cooperating very nicely with one another
in what appeared to be a quest for food.  They were walking side-by-side in
a freshly mowed hay field.  Each was occupying their own row, walking in
unison and appearing as if they were either scouring the newly cut field
for injured or dead prey or were intent on flushing live critters from
their newly destroyed residences.  Either way, this behavior is a far cry
from their usual search from above.
