This evening just before dusk, a Snowy Egret flew in along with three
immature Little Blue Herons into the trees across from the boat ramps.  The
birds stayed for about 10 minutes before heading towards the dam along with
the rest of the egrets and herons that typically roost for the night along
the river about a mile or so below the dam.
